1) Ilities are the non-functional requirements which determines specific criteria that may be used to define system operation. These requirements are detailed in system architecture and defines how a system is supposed to be. The functional requirements are specific behavior or functions and are part of system design. Non functional requirements are also called as Quality attributes.
