culture..Native Americans mostly suffer with me mental and physical
health problem and substance abuse due to social marginalization
and poverty..poor nutrition,obesity,chronic health problem is
unique and followed history in tribal lands..this tribal community
so much vulnerable for substance use disorder..Lack of
education,health disparities and unhealthy life style made them
more vulnerable for illness..there was issues for accessing care
like underfunded health program and discrimination..there was more
medical mistrust and dissatisfaction among native Americans which
is related to health disparity..there was more mistrust by native
Americans which reduce the knowledge towards health
condition..there was strong social,spiritual and family belief than
medical care..
