Realistic job preview is a tool which is used by the company or organization at hiring time. Realistic job preview tell or show both the good and bad sides about the job. Here for both options a and c the positive and negative sides about the job are either telling or showing in interview. Therefore, options a and c are the example of RJP and hence options a and c are correct.
