Not quite sure what to do on this one. I know how to use a normal distribution table, but doesn't this question require a confidence level or do I assume one and compare an alternative hypothesis(tow-tail).

Find the value of the z statistic in the following example: in the 1990-s a Gallup poll was run to determine how many people shop on-line. (Today, almost everyone does, but back then, it was not the case). Test the claim that the proportion of on-line shoppers is less than 50% of all Internet users. The poll had a sample of 1025 people and 29% of them confirmed that they did shop on-line.
