of these fourteen candidates, ten are women, 4 are men => n(women) = 10, n(men) = 4
two persons randomly selected from these fourteen candidates i.e nCr(14,2) & for both of them are women is nCr(10,2)
final the probability is nCr(10,2)/nCr(14,2) = 0.49450
