In order to avoid this we need consider a single culture for the company which is work culture. No religion must be given importance. A ll the festivals must be celebrated in an equal manner and all the employees must be made to participate in these celebrations which shows their unity . This shows that employees are not showing any kind of discrimination and also are not in favor of any religion or culture.
