In what ways does an organization react to change? Under what conditions are the members of an organization likely to embrace and accept change? Under what conditions are they likely to resist change?
When some change occurs in an organization, the whole system is in a situation where they need to accept and adapt the change and use it for the advantage of the organization. Some investments are needed to be done and also some adjustment are needed to be made. The impact and result of the change will depend on how the organization understands and utilizes it. When the members of the organization are trained on the change and knows what are the advantages of it, they would be ready to embrace and accept it but when they have no idea on what is happening and are in a fear of loosing their position , they resist the change and fight against it.

1. why does benzyl bromide react under both Sn1 conditions and Sn2 conditions? 2. To promote the Sn1 mechanism we used AgNO3 in a polar, protic solvent. True or False? Why?
What is socioemotional intelligence? How does it benefit the organization and its members?
Does the Ksp change for the same salt under different conditions? Does the molar solubiltiy of a salt change under different conditions? Explain. (For reference we're currently focused on common ion effect) Data Table Each flask contains sufficient barium iodate solid to saturate the solution, plus: 1.00 M (no common ions) 1.00 M C: molarity of KIO3 1.00 M CB: molarity of Ba(NO3)2 molarity of standard Na2S2O3_GIU Flask 1: molarity of KNO 0.0250 M Flask 2: molarity of KNO3 0.0250...

Under what environmental conditions does ABA level increase in plants? Why would light cause a change in stomatal aperture? What specific molecular events cause the opening of the stomatal aperture? What specific changes occurred in the guard cells? Why is there a difference in your result when you used mannitol instead of KCl?
Consider a biochemical reaction under standard conditions. The change in enthalpy is -7 kJ/mol and the change in entropy is -25 JK^-1 mol^-1. Without doing any calculations, can you determine if the reaction is spontaneous? Calculate delta G^degree' for the reaction at 5 degree C. Is the reaction spontaneous or not? Why or why not? If not, does raising the temperature make the reaction more likely to be spontaneous, or less likely to be spontaneous?
I agree that if the members of an organization feel invested it is more likely that the training they need to truly understand the operations of an organization will be reduced. In my current unit I have a few of each end of the spectrum, I have Airmen that truly love and care about what they do. These Airmen are self-motivated and will do the applicable research to help understand every portion of their job. When implementing change, these Airmen...
