Either from colors (and blackbody laws) or more detailed spectra

The Star WR102 which is a blue star with surface Temperature of over 2,10,000 kelvin is the hottest star ever

Diameter-Diameter can be calculated by

Luminosity combined with temperature

VY Canis Majoris is the largest star,2600 times bigger than sun

Composition-Composition means which things it is made up of

It is calculated using Spectra.

Stars have different chemical compositions, depending on their age and time of formation.

Wolf–Rayet stars are one example of hydrogen rare stars.

Color-Different stars have different colour

It is measured using star light

Stars vary in colour ranging from orange through true white to blue. Colour is caused by the temperature of the surface of the star.
