Using interpersonal skills :

With supervisors:

Works on teams- While working with supervisors we must how to work with others as a team and create a good bonding with the team .

Negotiate-Negotiate with your supervisor for the correct role for your talent and work on it to explore different ideas

With customers:

Serves customers-Serving customers according to their preferences and tastes are very important to attract customers.Serving them in a good way create a relationship with customers so that it can create a large customer base and gain trust from customers

Negotiates-Negotiate with the customer for the price values for a product but the negotiation should be positive and should not end in conflict.

With Co-workers:

Teaches others-While working with co workers,one should teach and learn from others,share their ideas so that we can learn a lot and knowledge can be gained.Sharing ideas can lead to good decision making

works well with people from culturally diverse backgrounds-When working with diversity of people we may learn different culture,way of working and learn many ideas from others.You can also learn their way of lifestyle.This helps to create a bond with all employees and work together as a team and share their thoughts

While working as a team,Team bonding is very important.There may be different ideas or views from other team members so there may be conflict of ideas.All these should be in a smooth way while working as team.Adjusting other team members and accepting others ideas is very important when you work in a team.Creating a bond with other members and maintaining a good relationship is a big challenge

Serves customers:

Serving customers is not a simple thing.Maintaining good relationship with customers,Creating a customer database and serving them the products according to their taste is very difficult.Customizing the products according to their taste and serving them to please the customers is very tough task.
