The documentation of sustainability clearly indicates the sustainability efforts of the organization and various steps that predict the effects of the sustainability of the business. In the last 20 years, more and more businesses have entered the sustainable car not only in response to regulatory pressures and criticism but also in order to project a healthy consumer image. However, there are few businesses that do not report on sustainability.

Amazon, the largest e-commerce company in the world headquartered in the US, has never published a Sustainability Report. Customer satisfaction, increased sales and growth in different countries around the world were Amazon's main focus. The 14 core principles of leadership are focused on business issues and neither sustainability nor social responsibility. Amazon also does not invest in the social responsibility activities of corporations such as charity, environmental sustainability, public welfare etc. The information on greenhouse gas emissions, carbon footprint, any environmental programs etc. had never been released by Amazon. In reality, many of its facilities have difficulty in making their jobs worse and workers complain about harassment. Because Amazon is stubborn and changing his plans while facing resistance but never subjected to pressure, he will sustain threats and concerns on his social responsibility page.
