(I keep getting off the wall answers when I use the financial calculator, so I think I am doing it wrong. For example, I hit 28500PV, 9 I/Y, 3N and then CPT and FV. I am missing something and I have spent an hour on this question so far; pretty sure I am not doing it right.)
