1.Assortment(Count of distinct products classified by categories or departments.)

2.Pricing (Average pricing rise/fall as compared to it's competitors)

3.Size of the store/Number of unique UPC's ( a cramped store caters to customers less effectively)

Some other factors may be Number of Self Checkout counters/ Waiting time(Average) etc.
