Using the neutralization equation

M1V1 = M2V2

M1 = 0.198 M

V1 = 25.4 ml

M2 = molarity of sodium hydroxide

V2 = 15 ml

M2 = (M1V1) /V2 = 0.335 M

Molarity of NaOH = 0.335 M
