Are morality clauses appropriate in contracts? why?
Yes, i do believe that a morality clause is appropriate in a contract and the reason behind this is that the implied faith of performance clause can further be augmented as well as the fact that it allows parties to always consider a moral aspect of adherence to the requirements from the contract in their ability to fulfill it. We can also say that a morality clause safeguards our interests and allows us to make sure that the other party would perform their functions with an ethical approach, thereby creating the appreciation factor which would allow us that best possible use if the contract.
No including a morality clause may not have any immediate result or impact, but, in the long run, and especially committing to a quality overall process, it would be better serving to our needs if we include it.
