For the member of the sales department, the person should have the following traits in personality=

Extroversion = For the salesperson it is important to have an extrovert personality so that she can have a good connection with the target customer and can make them feel comfortable.

Intuitive= The person should be able to make spontaneous decisions based on the logical frameworks. She should be having good communication skills

Thinking= It is important for the salesperson to keep on thinking of what the customer is looking for and how these needs can be satisfied.

Perceiving= The person should be novelty-seeking look to change the status quo, independent and adaptable to various situation
