The total force acting on sled is normal and friction force and the force that is acting on the block.

Here the friction force will be equal to the force applied but in opposite direction. Because this is static friction which is acting.

So work done by friction = force x displacement

- 1.1x 100 x 4.9 =539j

Total work done will be sum of both. So it will be zero.

Also Since there is no change in the velocity of sled so change in energy is zero so work done is zero.
