"Give one example from your own experience that the rate changes as a result of temperature. Explain what is going on"

I will give two example which is related to our daily life:

(1) Formation of curd: We observe in the winter it takes more time to change milk into curd because of low temperature. But in high temperature the formation of curd becomes fast as the rate of reaction .

(2) Ripening of fruits : It is observed that when we keep two raw mangoes one in open container and other is in closed container , the mango which is outside will take more time for ripening. Because in closed container due to more temperature the mango inside it will take less time for ripening.

Both of these examples shows that as the temperature of increases rate of reaction increases.
