SO THIS SO CALLED POLICY WOULD GIVE THE BOSS THE RIGHT TO DEMOTE , INCLUDE SALARY CUT AND REDUCTION IN RANK TO THE EMPLOYEE UNDER SECIAL CASES SUCH AS IMPROPER BEHAVIOUR AND BEING IRREGULAR

CONDITION- HE HAS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE HR WITH WHY HE IS DOING IT

EXAMPLES - MARK WAS A HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE IN NIKE , HE WAS OFTEN EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH BUT THEN TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HIS STATUS HE STARTED MISUSING IT AND BECAME INSUFFIECIENT , AND STARTED SLACKING OFF AND WAS BEHIND ON HIS DEADLINES AND PROJECTS ,WHICH CAUSED COMPANY LOSSES, SO WITH THE HELP OF "THIS POLICY" THE BOSS HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY ACTION HE DEEMS FIT ,SO HE COULD TAKE ANY OF THE ACTIONS

EXAMPLE 2- JONAH NEW EMPLOYEE IN MCDONALDS, HARDLY SHOWS UP FOR WORK, MANAGER AT A BRANCH IN LA, HIS BOSS NOTED IT AND TOLD HIM TO BE REGULAR AND CARRY HIMSELF PROPERLY, JONAH "AGREED" BUT DIDNT FOLLOW, HIS BOSS DISCUSSED IT WITH HR UNDER THE POLICY AND JONAH WAS DEMOTED WITH A SALARY CUT
