There are various ways the elderly can continue to interact with family, friends, and community. They can join different association and clubs like health club, exercise club, residence welfare Association. This way they can interact with more and more people. They should take participation in various activities like organising different societal programs and function so that they can know more people. They should spend more time with their family members specially with children as they can be happy by spending time with children because children are honest and innocent.

I would say that life and death is part of life and it's beyond the control of human beings.
Withdrawing from making friends is not solution of anything, this way you are isolating yourself from society and it can increase your stress level as you are continuously thinking about certain things and it can increase stress anxiety and later could convert into depression. Making friends is necessary for happy life and they will divert your mind from negative things.
Whatever life you have you should continue to live it with dignity and happiness. Happiness and sorrow are essential parts of life and whatever situation is have courage to face it.

In order to help elderly, it's necessary to give your time and never let them to feel alone. Make good bond with them as children and old people are almost same, as they get happy on small things and they also get sad on small things. Faith also play essential role in elder peoples life, they make good bonds with those on whom they trust. The person should help in their health care system and helping them by providing products and services of their needs. Giving them time on daily basis, can help the elderly to age successfully as they will never feel alone.
