Step 1: Adjust the his/her distance from the camera. (20 seconds)

Step 2: Press the button to take the photo. (5 seconds)

Step 3: Choose the number of photos to print. (2 seconds)

The next customer cannot walk in until the previous customer walks out (i.e., the next customer cannot start his/her service until the previous customer has completed all three steps).

What is the capacity rate of this process expressed in number of customers serviced per minute? Keep 2 decimal places for your answer.

Total Time taken by each customer = 20 + 5 + 2 = 27 seconds

Since, next customer will not start his/her service untill previous one has finished all the three steps.

Means, each customer will take 27 seconds.

Capacity per minute = 60/27

Capacity per minute = 2.22 customers per minute
