Answer #1

Young adulthood is the most important development periods that would provide ample opportunity for health improving lifestyles. Although there are ample opportunities for the young adults to engage in pleasure seeking and health deteriorating lifestyles, young adulthood’s increasing responsibilities such as, education, employment, forming families and bearing children would motivate young adults to overcome the temptation to engage in negative lifestyles. However, it would also depend on the culture and socio-economic environment of the young adults.
