NO,

A non-conjugated diene which is known as isolated diene which is less stable than the conjugated diene ( i.e double bond separated by single bond) can not take part in Diels-Alder reaction as reactant because [4+2] cycloaddition is not possible to form a unsaturated ring with dienophile.
