Do you think that it is BP's responsibility to reinvest in the environment since it already pays heavy taxes? Is this not the responsibility of the government?
It is the responsibility of BP to invest in the environment even after paying heavy taxes. It also cannot be denied that investing in the environment is the responsibility of the government and the government should take care of the environment. It is the responsibility of the government to formulate strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the environment. But it is also the responsibility of the organization like BP to invest in the environment. Under the corporate social responsibility, every organization should take care of the environment and make the necessary investment in order to protect it.
