Yes I think that the culture could be part of the working environment that the people in many workplaces talk about the culture of the organization, this secret word that emphasizes the advantages of the work environment. When employees interview potential employees, they often consider whether the candidate is a person with the appropriate culture. Culture is hard to define, but you usually know when you find an employee who seems to fit your culture. He just felt right.
Culture is the environment that surrounds you at work all the time.

contacting employees during meetings, and the way people
collaborate, talking a lot about your culture.
For example, if most people in an organization are out of the
culture, they are more likely to be open and friendly. If the
artifacts that describe the history and values of the company are
evident throughout the company, then people value their history and
culture. If the door is open and multiple meetings are held with
the door closed, the culture is not protected. If negativity about
management and the company spreads and employees complain, a
culture of negativity that is hard to overcome will be
mastered.
