pros:

• Saves a Money:this is amazing design technique can increase your business.
• Generate a profits and more Sales: a more traffic means more profits and sales and a responsive website design convert this traffic into sales.

cons:

• Navigation becomes tough:navigation quality on a mobile device small screen is different from what we see on the large desktop screen.
• Takes longer time:The Responsive a website design takes a longer time to download on a small screen.
• Consumes a lot of time in development:designing a normal website is quite easy and consumes the less time as compared to a responsive website design.

five steps in SDLC PHASE fisrt comes planning,second Analysis ,third design,fourth implementation(coding or programming),fifth maintenance so  finally we can say that design parts are comes first and after we can implement coding or programming
