• Using electronic communication, It can generate huge volume of data, here, It can add hassle to people, employees may find difficult to manage huge volume of data and Instant communication within limited period of time,
• Another important challenge associated with electronic communication in business environment is cost expenditure, as It may require good Infrastructure and heavy Initial Investment
• Challenge and issues may come with protection of data and privacy may not be maintained, issues also like theft, messaging threat could also happen.
