As you were designing an instructional plan, which stage did you find most challenging? Explain what you will do to overcome this challenge.

While I was preparing the instruction design for my class there were many challenges which i encountered in the process. The biggest one was to analyse the training requirements of the children, As we know, there is diversity of the students in the class always. Some tend ot be sharp, smart, crisp with understanding and others tend to be shy, broken and also unclear about the purpose in life. It gets difficult to analyze them inside out keeping in mind the cultural aspects in mind also. The need of the hour is to know that each child is different in mindset, thought process and understanding ability,.We need to spend time with them, get to know them better, sit with their parents to understand their behavioral aspects and then conclude things about their personality and belief system. This will allow us to build a solid plan for the kids in place.
