12.1 Use Find and replace to replace all cells with currency format to Accounting format.
( hint: Remember to have Excel look for zero decimal places as well as the formats)

If your data looks like this:

Then press ctrl+H or command+H or click on drop down on find & select option under home tab, then select replace:

Then you will find a dialog box, click on options:

Then you will get a dialog box with more options, click the format option beside "Find what" field (marked in blue below):

In the new dialog box, click on currency, and, change the decimal places value to 0 to check for zero decimal places, and click OK:

Then select format option beside the "Replace with" field:

Then select Accounting, and change the Symbol to None, from the dropdown, then click OK:

Finally, hit replace all:
