The other wire is placed at y = +3.1 meters (3.1 meters "above" the first wire, in the x-y plane). The second wire has a force per unit length of 27 x 10-7 N/m in the +y direction. At the point x = 0, y = +1.2 m, a charge moving at 3.2 m/s in the -x direction has a total magnetic force acting on it, due to both wires, of 401 x 10-7 N in the -y direction. What is the charge in Coulombs (not micro-coulombs) and if negative, include a negative sign?
