A rocket with a mass of 2.20×1062.20×106 kg has a relativistic kinetic energy of 2.00×10232.00×1023 J. How fast is the rocket moving?

Can you please explain how you came to your answer as well? I keep seeing people putting gamma signs into their equations and I don't know what that means since we didn't learn it that way.
