Article I , Section 8

" To regulate commerce with foreign nations and among the several states; and with the indian tribes .

To establish a uniform rule of Naturalization and uniform laws on the subject of Bankruptcies through out the united states. "

It protects the business in general. Because all the aspects are in the protection of business. Some of the essential points are mention below that support the statement.

  • By regulating commerce with foreign nations it channelise a smooth and secure business.
  • It promotes the globalization.
  • Uniform rule system provides equality to all the people.
  • Uniform laws on bankruptcies shows that law is equal for all.
  • This system brings a sense of security and safety in the nation.

Thus, this power protects the business in general

Impact of power on our professional life.

  1. Professionals will get great exposure by connecting with foreign nations.
  2. It exchanges various cultural values.
  3. Exchange of skills and techniques.
  4. It provides better opportunities as many countries are involved in globalization.
  5. It improves Human Development Index.
