Ksp is the max amount of a particular salt which can be dissolved in a solution(aqueous).Solubility constant is represented Ksp.

If the given salts have same number of ions then we just compare Ksp. The salt with the largest Ksp is most soluble. Higher the value of solubility constant higher is the solubility of the salt in the solution.

So ans: d) CuCl

Note: If number of ions of the options given were different then we would have to calculate molar solubility.
