Unemployed persons in simple terms are those who are currently not working but actively looking for the work for the last four weeks.

But some persons ,who are are reported to unemployed but actually they are doing some type of activities like black marketing, illegal trading activities etc and they are doing that to avoid the taxes

This causes harm to the economy and more unemployment data at the same time

This actually corrodes whole system internally
