Explanation : instantaneous dipole- dipole interactions are the weakest intraction and is also known as Van der waal forces which occurs between the non polar molecules and its strength increases with the increase in the molar mass of the molecules.

Hydrogen bonds are formed between the hydrogen and very electronegative atoms like flourine , oxygen , nitrogen etc so the interaction between them is very strong as compare to other two interactions that is dipole - dipole interaction and instantaneous dipole - dipole interaction.it is less stronger than covlent and ionic bonds.

dipole - dipole interaction occur between the opposite charge poles of the dipoles of the two different bonds or molecules and is stronger than instantaneous dipole dipole intraction.
