Answer #1

Smallpox virus creates disease that is contagious in nature and spreads fast among the other members of the society. It makes CDC to have the right to force people go for the vaccination and get protected against the harm of smallpox virus. It should happen, because smallpox virus  can be used as a biological weapon of mass destruction and it can cause huge damage to the community as well as to the other resources that are of huge significance. So, by considering the larger benefits and welfare of the people, society and community, CDC should be granted such rights.

Though, it can be said that there should be awareness campaign among the people regarding the possible harm to be caused by these viruses and it will convince people to come on their own to save themselves as well as the society.
