If no electron is ejected from the metal that means that the frequency of green light is below the threshold frequency of the metal. So no matter how much brightness is increased or decreased, the electron will not come out.

Higher the frequency of light higher will be it's energy.so according to this among three light blue yellow and green

Blue have highest frequency then green then yellow.

So frequency order is : blue > green > yellow

Energy order : blue > green > yellow .

So blue light is more energetic than green light so it must be given a try to eject the electron.

Yellow light is less energetic than green so it will have no chance of ejecting electron.
