Corporate bylaws are the laws and rules made by the board of directors of an organisation which incorporates the ways in which an organisation operates. The corporate bylaws are often spelled as bylaws.

The bylaws should include the following.

a. The organisation's basis identification information like name, registered address and places of business or operations that the organisation would like to operate.

b. The board of directors, their term in the organisation and the powers they carry for taking crucial decisions for the development of the organisation.
