First it is important to understand that what are the basic keys of the policy frameworks. So lets first discuss those, As there are three main points that which you have to look when you make the policy framework

• Policy hierarchy
• Policy levels
• Roles and responsibilities

Policy Hierarchy:

It deals with the orders been defined to work on a framework. It looks on the order of precedence.

Policy levels:

Basically it sets out the conditions and the requirements for creating a policy

Roles and responsibilities:

This key keeps the information of the persons who are involved in the process of developing policies.

As these were the key points on which a policy framework depends so now coming towards the varying the size factor. As varying the size impact the policy a lot as it is a common thing that a policy cannot be applied on everything although it is of the same branch. So policy vary on the size as bigger the size the bigger will be the framework as the whole framework policy depends upon the size of the organization as according to the size the policy of framework is been made and the points that are been involved in making a policy is discussed above.
