Primary needs of major stakeholders include positive cash flows, deleveraged balance sheet, incremental profits, stable financial ratio, continuing capital expenditure and low volatility in stocks.
Minority needs of stakeholders like employees, customers, vendors form ontime payments, employees satisfaction, standards compensation, affordability and accessibility of products, workplace safety, etc.
Needs like industrial standards compensation of minority stakeholders always conflicts with major stakeholders as rising compensation leads to lower cash flow and plunged net profitability which reduces investor confidence and hence needs are tradeoff.
This can either lead to high employee turnover and high net profit, or low employee turnover and low net profit.
