As an official gymnastic instructor, I work at FGH Company to enhance employee physical fitness. The overall goal of introducing the gym was to give every employee in the company a chance to improve their physical fitness which is often related to an increase in workplace performance and productivity. This initiative promotes the achievement of the organizational goals but much need to be done so that the organizational goals are achieved.

Explanation:

Insufficient of essential training equipment is the primary concern that limits employee's participation. Each day, I receive comments, complaints, and request on the improvement of the training tools. However, when I seek any financial support, a limited amount of money is released which fails to address the issue adequately. Therefore, to solve the problem, the company needs to set enough funds to modernize the gym equipment. These will attract and encourage employee participation which will promote mental and physical fitness. Typically, research indicates that mental fitness as a result of physical exercise supports critical and creative thinking which boosts performance and productivity. As a result, issue such as poor performance due to fatigue can be addressed adequately if the Gym is improved to enhance physical exercise amongst the Company's employees. Therefore, to overcome the fatigue which hinders employee productivity, employees have to engage in physical activity which enhances both physical and mental fitness.

Note on the work.

Each team member contributes to the success of any project, but some teams are working together better than others. If members of the team have a sense of personal control of the group project, feel motivated to do their own best work and to see that the project manager contributes equally and leads for example.

The members of the team contribute to a project more and work harder if they feel a sense of ownership of the project. Contact openly and honestly so that team members can understand the project as well as you do. Don't leave any planned problems or other part of the work details away. Call the entire team to help you solve the problem when challenges or roadblocks occur. Give them the freedom to check various solutions. You may find the project to be yours, not yours, if you try to control the project from the top down. Give participants the opportunity to showcase their strengths and opinions and inspire them to excel in the project.

Growing team members are naturally dedicated and optimistic, while others are naturally shy and quiet. An confirmed and self-assured person does not always have better ideas than a quiet and silent person, but affirmed people have a greater chance of being understood and of getting their opinions enforced. Structure your meetings so that everyone has the same opportunities to speak and make the most of your calmer team members!.Give people time to express their ideas completely. Seek, based on the idea itself rather then the personality of the team member presenting it, to analyze any suggestion as rational as possible. Don't judge it too harshly if you don't like a solution or choose not to use it. A shy team member will take strong criticism as a refusal and avoid making future suggestions.

Create a team of members using a collective model instead of a hierarchical one. Only one person leads at every level of the organization in a hierarchical structure. Each team member has a leading role in some part of the project in a collaborative structure. Assign personal responsibility for some aspect of the project on the basis of the strengths and talents of each team member. One team member, for example, may be responsible for developing project applications.

This team member is the leader in every issue related to the development of applications. Another team member leader for this portion would be asked questions relating to the technological infrastructure. -member of the team takes on a leadership role in one sense and a supporter in other, rather than a strict separation between leaders and followers.

Design the team members ' behaviours, you think. Contribute to every aspect of the project enthusiastically. Maintain your positive attitude and motivation. Negative top comments can hurt moral behavior and reduce motivation. Contribute new ideas and solutions, listen to your team members ' ideas and suggestions and prove that you are always ready for problems. Use more praise than criticism and leave space for fun and relaxation. Team members look to the project manager to set the tone for the whole project, so that the words and actions lead to the success of the project.
