Answer #1

1. Companies that serve their customers have a good relationship with the other stakeholders like the communities, suppliers, employees within which a company operates. This is the evidence that suggests that when the stakeholders and customer's concerns are taken care of, a company brings the interests to strategically align with the stakeholders.

The reasons offered highlight that firms of endearment are the companies that engage with the customers or the stakeholders at an emotional level.

2. Concinnity can be described as fitting different parts of something together in a harmonious way. In firms of endearment, concinnity works to bring all the customers, stakeholders together under the aegis of the company and it facilitates proper delivery of service or goods.
