Answer #1

Countries usually have most power of influences largely due to their domination and judiciary powers and strong powers like changes in regulatory environment to meet national economic needs. However they can be restricted by International bodies through sanctions just like how IMF bailed out Greece with austerity measures, how UN imposed sanctions on various smaller nations, etc.

Similarly even large multinational corporations have power of influence due to their strong political connection, media support, sizable market share and customer base, Contingent fear in minds of government due to their failure if any which can cause widespread negative ramifications. However this power is limited when government sees alternative players who cn substitute such large corporations.
