Why should moment frames be close to a 1:1 ratio, and not too skinny or too wide?
If the frame is made skinny, the columns will buckle and if it is made wide , the beam elements will deflect more. So in order to utilize the material efficiently, the ratio is kept close to 1:1.

Can a ratio be too high or too low? Why? Or why not? Think debt to equity and then the current ratio.
Sorry I accidently posted this. I didnt mean too. Draw shear and moment diagrams for each beams or frames shown. #1. 772 -2011 10 6011- 30 O #3. #4.
Should a manager ever be concerned that a variance is too favorable? If so, why?

Contract labor is usually the most expensive man-hours. Why? What is a cost-to-charge ratio? Why should a nurse manager understand this ratio, and how would he or she use it?
A current ratio greater than 1 can tell us that the company should be able to cover the current liabilities should be able to keep away from short-term cash problems may have too much capital tied up in current assets All of these
Please describe the cash ratio with example. Why this term is useful in accounting? It should be exact 7 sentences with concrete explanation
