Answer #1

C

Electron transfer from the cloth to polythene rod.

Since every thing is made up of atom and atoms have nucleus made up of proton and electron orbit around the nucleus. So proton cannot move around much but electron can move easily, so charging takes place by movement of electron. And since the polythene is negative charge, it is because of more electron on it than proton. So electron transfer from cloth to polythene.
