When the company wants to create a database for the contracts of their author , they might face issues from those authors as it might be a legal issue . The company need to have the permission of the author to store those contracts and also there is a danger of the information being stolen or hacked which might cause severe loss to both the company and the author. A database of information about the contracts must be kept with high security and if any member wants to cheat the company it would be a huge loss and the company will loose it's reputation and business. Hence these difficulties are to be anticipated before taking this new project.
