A current of 18 A runs vertically up through a wire that passes through a table. A compass is placed 13 cm due north of where the wire passes through the table. The magnetic field of the earth at this location is 2.6 × 10-5 T due north. Determine the angle between the compass needle and due north.

I know that the answer is  46.8° west of due north , but how did they get that? Please show solution steps

Thank you
