Cost of goods sold for the quarter ending June 30, 2018, Since it is using LIFO method.

= (75,000 × 16) + (5,000 × 10) (.'. 11,000-6,000 = 5,000)

= 12,00,000 + 50,000

= 12,50,000

Gross profit for the quarter ending June 30,2018: Sales - COGS

= (80,000 × 20) - 12,50,000

= 16,00,000 - 12,50,000

= 3,50,000
