In these case the chemical called bilirubin amount very high in the body (bilirubin is waste substance found in bile).High amont of bilirubin can berak down porestic group of the hemoglobin and other hemeproteins.Increasing amount Bilirubin may be due to alcohol consumption,or autoimmune disease, Medicines like pencilins Chlorpromazine,etc
