According to me, the natural availability of gas is the major challenge for the gas station franchise. Labor/human is available in the area and capital can be made available by applying for business loans from banks. Also, I have worked for another gas station which has helped me gain the necessary experience. Gas is a natural resource and is being used extensively. Hence the resource is depleting at a very fast pace owning to in growth in automobile industry.
