Text messages and social media are changing the way in which we use language. Many people think a word or phrase is correct because they saw it on Twitter or in a text message. After reviewing this week's tutorials and completing the skill and drill quizzes, what words did you find we (society in general) may be using incorrectly?

There are various words and terminologies that we see in social media which would eventually turn out to be slangs or collocial language which is nit standardized. We often fail to look into the meaning if these words and use it without regard to the situation. This can often be meaningless or may mean adversely. The source of these words are varied, but can also be in the form of abbreviations which are not universal and may be percieved differently by different individuals or groups.
